The counseling service at CCCS of N. E. Indiana is FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.  A certified financial counselor will meet with you privately at one of our five conveniently located office locations or if you choose we offer confidential telephone appointments.  Together we will analyze your income, living expenses, and debts and discuss spending and debt reduction strategies with you.  At the end of your appointment you will be given an Action Plan summarizing your budget and providing action steps for you to improve your financial situation.  A typical counseling appointment will last about 45 minutes to an hour.  Many people find that by following the advise of their financial counselor that they can solve their financial concerns on their own.  Others may find it more beneficial to enroll in a Debt Management Program.

One of the things that people most often say during their budgeting appointment is “ I wish I would have came in to see you months ago!”. So please do not delay in obtaining your financial peace any longer!

You will need the following information for your budgeting appointment:

1. Bring in your completed CCCS Financial Profile Form to your appointment.
2. Bring in your most recent creditor statements to your appointment.
3. Bring in recent income information such as your pay stubs or other type of income verification.

For telephone appointments, please complete your CCCS Financial Profile form, keep a copy, and send a copy to our main office prior to your scheduled appointment or bring it with you at the time of the appointment.
